larger bunch of flowers with green leaves were very small. somewhat disappointed by the size.

We only call the number provided on the order to ensure timely pickup, but I see how that affected your experience. We make the arrangements as close to the picture shown as we can. It is pictured as a low, short arrangement and that is what was made. The flowers are closed when they first arrive and will open up in the next couple days.

The bouquet was stunning and very fragrant. The delivery was perfect and delivered exactly when they said it would arrive. I highly recommend this florist.

I found this company through 1-800 balloons., After they did a wonderful job with that I decided that this was my new go to florist for all my future occasions and floral deliveries. The flowers were gorgeous and the delivery was on time, there was communication regarding the delivery as well. Their website is the best. So glad I found them, I recommend this company very highly.
